Banana Coconut Tofu Popsicle

in this recipe:

 Prep time: 5 min Freezing time: min 4-6 hr, overnight is best   Servings: 4
 

INGREDIENTS

1 twin pack (300g) Sunrise Banana dessert tofu
½ cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender under smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or cups with a popsicle stick.
3. Freeze for 4-6 hours.  Overnight is best.
