When we say pancakes, you may think of maple syrup. Here’s a delicious maple caramel pancake that uses our latest dessert flavor, Maple Caramel dessert. Replacing the eggs and oil in a typical pancake recipe, this quick-and-easy recipe is a healthier version for you as it contains zero cholesterol and it has 80% less saturated fats (when compared to traditional pancakes).

At the Powell Street Festival we served up Sunrise Original Tofu Dessert with the Matcha Green Tea Syrup, but you can come up with your own flavour combinations. Banana or Almond Tofu Dessert with chocolate sauce is one delicious option. Just pick you favourite tofu dessert flavour, your favourite ice cream sauces and toppings and you’re good to go!
This tasty fried tofu with Japanese inspired miso sauce, served up at the Powell Street Festival in Vancouver,  makes a great appetizer or snack. Make it a complete meal by pairing it with some Japanese sticky rice and steamed veggies.
