Replacing the eggs and oil in a typical pancake recipe, this quick-and-easy recipe is a healthier version for you as it contains zero cholesterol and it has 80% less saturated fats (when compared to traditional pancakes). Easy, healthful and yummy, kids will love making and eating them too! This recipe makes 12 regular-sized pancakes or 48 mini bite-size pancakes.

Prep Time: 5 minutes              Cook Time: 15 minutes           Servings: 12 (pancakes)

INGREDIENTS
1 package Sunrise Maple Caramel dessert tofu
½ cup water
1½ cups pancake mix
3 tsp baking powder
Non-stick cooking spray (for greasing)

1. Preheat a lightly greased griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients (except the cooking spray) until well combined.
