¼ cup almond milk (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
For the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
1 package Almond, Custard or Original Dessert Tofu, room temperature

1 tbsp. of your favourite liquor – Baileys, Frangelico, Brandy (optional)
Berries, nuts, mint leaves or chocolate shavings (optional)
DIRECTIONS

2. Melt white chocolate in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Add the melted white chocolate and vanilla and puree again until the mixture is very smooth. 3. Drain and then puree the dessert tofu in a food processor until smooth. Melt the bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Add the melted chocolate and liquor and puree again until the mixture is very smooth. Pour into another 4 glasses or bowls so your guests can choose from dark or white chocolate mousse or if you prefer you can layer on top of the white chocolate mousse.
4. Chill overnight or at least 6 hours.
5. Top with fresh fruit, chopped nuts or chocolate shavings before serving.
