Green Power Tofu Shake

You'll find the energy you need to get through your busy day with this Green Power Tofu Shake. It's healthy, delicious, and quite possibly the fastest tofu shake to make - ever! Okay, maybe we're exaggerating a little. But it is very simple to make. See for yourself.

Prep time: 6 min   Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

½  pkg Sunrise Soft Tofu or Sunrise Dessert Tofu
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup of spinach
2 cups ice
2 tsp. Matcha green tea powder
½  cup water


DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender for 10 - 20 seconds. 
 

Calories: 110  Fat: 4g (Saturated Fat: 0.5g)  Carbs: 8g  Protein: 10g   Fibre: 3g   Sodium: 110mg   Cholesterol: 8mg   Calcium: 8%   Iron: 20%
