Pina Colada Tofu Popsicle

Refreshing popsicles are a great way to cool down in the hot summer months. Take this favourite summer treat to a new level by using dessert tofu (link tofu uses) for added protein and nutrients. With 5 easy versions, you can find a flavour to please everyone!

 Prep time: 5 min   Freezing time: min 4-6 hr, overnight is best   Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

1 twin package (300g) Sunrise Coconut dessert tofu
5 Tbsp. crushed pineapple, with juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or cups with a popsicle stick.
3. Freeze for 4-6 hours.  Overnight is best.
