INGREDIENTS
1 twin package (300g) Sunrise Coconut dessert tofu
5 Tbsp. crushed pineapple, with juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or cups with a popsicle stick.
3. Freeze for 4-6 hours. Overnight is best.
