Smoothies are one of the most popular uses of Sunrise Tofu Desserts. Not only is it fast and easy to prep, it's healthy too! Cholesterol-free, dairy-free and low in fat, this Strawberry Banana Smoothie is sensational!

Prep time: 10-15 min   Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg (300g) Sunrise Peach Mango Dessert
4 strawberries
1 medium ripe banana
1½ cups orange juice
2 cups ice (optional to make a slushy smoothie)

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
