INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Sunrise Smoked Tofu, sliced
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (omit to make this a vegan recipe)
6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 ripe avocadoes, diced
2 green onions, chopped
Dressing of your choice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pan-fry smoked tofu on both sides until crispy and brown
2. Evenly divide and arrange chicken, tomatoes, smoked tofu, avocado and green onions in a row on top of the shredded lettuce.
3. Drizzle with dressing of your choice or serve it as a side dish ¾ tsp pepper
