Each pouch comes with 150g of cubed tofu and 100g of sauce – just add veggies and water (no oil needed!). Choose between Teriyaki, Curry, Sesame Ginger and Szechuan. Easy Stirfry Tofu Recipe
This recipe is simple and easy to prepare. Feel free to sub in your favourite veggies and experiment with different flavour combos – think green beans with Szechuan, cauliflower with Curry… In a real rush? Grab a bag of precut fresh or frozen veggies to save on the prep time.

Ingredients:
1 package (250g) of Sunrise Stirfry tofu n’ sauce – any flavour
1 cup of carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup of broccoli florets
½ cup of water

Directions:
1.    Heat the water in the wok on high (if using frozen veggies, use less water).
2.    Add the vegetables and cook until tender and until most of the water has evaporated.
3.    Add the contents of the pouch and continue cooking for a couple of minutes until the tofu is heated through and the sauce thickens.
4.    Serve immediately on a bed of rice or noodles, if desired, for a complete meal.
