Sunrise Soya donates $31,000 to be split between the Canadian Diabetes Association & Strathcona Elementary School

Sept 14th, 2007 – Peter Joe, President of Vancouver based Sunrise Soya Foods, presented a cheque for $17,000 to the Canadian Diabetes Association & $15,000 to Strathcona Elementary School. The funds were raised through the Sunrise Soya Foods and Pete’s Tofu annual golf tournament which takes place here in Vancouver every August. Attending the charity event were friends, family & business associates from both Canada & the USA.
