- 1pkg (350g) Sunrise Firm Tofu (350g)
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp) salt
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp) pepper
- 1 mL (1/4 tsp) honey
- 1 whole cucumber, shredded *optional: set aside 30 mL (2 Tbsp) finely chopped cucumbers for garnish
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) fresh dill, chopped
- Put all the ingredients except chopped dill and cucumber into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste, and add more lemon and salt if needed.
- Stir in chopped dill and shredded cucumber and serve.*Optional: Garnish with finely chopped cucumbers.
