- 1 pkg Sunrise Soft Tofu (Western Canada) (300g) blended
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) Sunrise Unsweetened Soya Beverage
- 185 mL (3/4 cup) sugar
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) lemon juice
- 500 mL (2 cups) fresh strawberries
- 15 mL (1 Tbsp) vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Freeze the mixture in an ice-cream maker, according to manufacture instructions.
- * If you do not have an ice-cream machine, you can put the mixture in the freezer in a shallow plastic bowl or freezer-safe container and stir every 20 minutes until it thickens.
