  • 1 pkg Sunrise Soft Tofu (Western Canada) (300g) blended
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) Sunrise Unsweetened Soya Beverage
  • 185 mL (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) lemon juice
  • 500 mL (2 cups) fresh strawberries
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze the mixture in an ice-cream maker, according to manufacture instructions.
  3. * If you do not have an ice-cream machine, you can put the mixture in the freezer in a shallow plastic bowl or freezer-safe container and stir every 20 minutes until it thickens.
