easy Smoothies Sunrise Soft Tofu (Western Canada) (300g)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg Sunrise Soft Tofu (Western Canada) (300g) blended
  • 250 mL (1 cup) mixture of frozen fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mangos)
  • 750 mL (3 cups) spinach/ kale
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) liquid of your choice (almond milk, Sunrise Light Fortified Sweetened Soy Beverage, green tea)
  • Optional add-ins:
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) protein powder
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) ground/whole chia seeds
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) hemp hearts
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) ground/whole flax seeds
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) meca powder

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
