  • 1 pkg Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu (350g) blended
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) tahini
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) light miso
  • 15-30 mL (1-2 Tbsp) soy sauce
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 green onion, minced
  • Pepper to taste
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) water


  1. In a blender, blend tofu, tahini, miso and 15 mL (1 Tbsp) and soy sauce. Add water, a spoon at a time, if the blender requires more liquid to get s
  2. Transfer dip to a medium bowl. Mix in grated carrots, minced green onion and pepper to taste.
  3. Taste test and add remaining soy sauce if desired.
  4. Serve with your favorite chips or as a spread on hamburgers and sandwiches.
