Ingredients
- 1 pkg Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu (350g) blended
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) tahini
- 15 mL (1 Tbsp) light miso
- 15-30 mL (1-2 Tbsp) soy sauce
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 green onion, minced
- Pepper to taste
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) water
Directions
- In a blender, blend tofu, tahini, miso and 15 mL (1 Tbsp) and soy sauce. Add water, a spoon at a time, if the blender requires more liquid to get s
- Transfer dip to a medium bowl. Mix in grated carrots, minced green onion and pepper to taste.
- Taste test and add remaining soy sauce if desired.
- Serve with your favorite chips or as a spread on hamburgers and sandwiches.
