Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Administrator provides support to the Warehouse Supervisors by handling administrative tasks such as document filing and recall, freight booking, dock scheduling and reporting on KPI’s.


  • Answer phones, responds in a timely manner to inquires (internal and external)
  • Document handling, ensures accurate filing of documents and retrieves records as needed in a timely manner
  • Completes customs paperwork and other shipping documents to support daily warehouse operations
  • Receives and investigates claims such as OS&D. Provides monthly/quarterly reports
  • Booking freight and manage dock schedules to maximise efficiencies and reduce carrier wait times
  • Reporting, run and analyse reports from WMS system or other data sources to report on trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Completes Purchase Order Requisitions and gathers signatures for approval
  • Work with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all orders are picked accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage pallet inventory, place orders, schedule collections etc.
  • Manage PPE and other supplies
  • Work with QA, Production and other departments to ensure SQF, GMP and other food safety requirements are met.
  • External Relation with Transport Companies and Vendors
  • Other duties as assigned by National Warehouse Manager


  • Permanent Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Work is performed in office environment with some time spend in warehouse/cold storage
  • Regular shift work / Regular office hours Monday- Friday.
  • Exposure to noise and a wet temperature varied environment when in the production area
  • Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs
  • Wearing of company provided Uniform and other Personal Protective Equipment is required as applicable


  • At least 1 years’ experience working within a food manufacturing/warehouse environment in an administrative role.
  • College Degree or Technical Diploma or High school grade 12 with related experience.
  • Strong teamwork / team building / motivation skills.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • A deep-seated love of processes, best practises and clear communication.
  • A skilled multi-tasker.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
